General Sale Terms and Conditions

Reservations are obligatory for all of the services before they are used. Reservation fees or the total payment can be asked of you to guarantee your reservation. Payments by Bank Card, Bank Wire Transfer, and Cash are accepted.

Cancelation fees for transfers and day excursions:

- the same day = cancelation fees corresponding to 100% of the total amount for the service, all taxes included.

No refund for clients who voluntarily stop a tour or miss the tour because of their own lateness at the sites being visited.

Cancelation fees for the all-inclusive holidays over several days:
- less than 48 hours before collection = cancelation fees corresponding to 20% of the total amount for the service, all taxes included.
- less than 24 hours before = cancelation fees corresponding to 40% of the total amount for the service, all taxes included.
- the same day = cancelation fees corresponding to 100% of the total amount for the service, all taxes included.
- If a medical certificate can be provided 100% refund.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours with no compensation if safety requires it or if technical problems arise.

The prices are in Euros, all taxes included, and include the offerings described in each excursion description.

The entries to monuments and meals or other options are included where specified.

The prices are guaranteed whilst economic conditions remain stable.

The SARL DRIVER BC cannot be held responsible in case of delays, irregularities, strikes, demonstrations, establishments being unusually closed, or weather warnings.

The company cannot be held responsible and cannot be engaged in the cases of loss, forgetting, or theft of effects within or outside the vehicles, during or after the excursions.
The schedules and amplitudes of the tours are subject to change.
The law of 17 September 1997 forbids eating and drinking in the vehicles.
The law of 17 September 1977 forbids smoking aboard the vehicles. The general sales terms and conditions of our excursions meet Law N° 2009-888 of 22 July 2009 of the development and the modernisation of tourist services. Articles are available to consult at the company headquarters.

All reservations performed on the website imply the full acceptance of all of the general sales conditions and the payment of sums due in the name of the reservations that have been made.

The use of the website www.driverbc.com is intended for personal, non-commercial use, and to make legitimate requests to reserve the products or services offered. You agree to not use the website to make speculative, false, or fraudulent requests. You agree to not use robots or other automated means to access the website, except by special permission from www.driverbc.com
In accordance with the law, we invite you to become aware of the Conditions of Use, regulating your use of the website www.driverbc.com. The website has the function of making reservations and presenting the services of the DRIVER BC company. The user must be at least 18 years of age, and be legally capable to contact and use the website in accordance with the General Conditions. Except in the case of fraud of which it belongs to you to return the proof, you are responsible for the steps you take on the website, notably the use that will be made of your e-mail address and your password. You also guarantee the truth and the accuracy of the information regarding yourself provided to the website. RESERVATION

Some of the commercial offerings on www.driverbc.com and its affiliated websites are subject to availability. No claim for compensation can be formulated in the case where the chosen offering is not available.

The user can only order from the website after they have approved the current particular conditions. The confirmation of the order will resume the essential elements, such as the identity of the offering(s) ordered and their price, and will be transmitted to the user by electronic mail.

PRICE

The prices mentioned on the website are expressed in Euros. Unless otherwise specified, these are the prices with all taxes included. The prices are susceptible to amendment without any prior notification and shall become definitive only on the issue of the confirmation receipt. The price displayed does not in itself provide a guarantee, the later are mentioned to be solely indicative, particularly where different currencies have been used. The price includes all of the offerings indicated in the description of each excursion or service. The prices mentioned on the website are only valid for the reservations made on the website, directly online. The promotions mentioned on the website are only valid on the later.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Payment should occur at time of the reservation, by bank card using the 3D secure payment system that has been implemented on the website. Payment occurs at the time of the reservation, exclusively by bank card, using a secure payment system, without any additional fees. To confirm a reservation, full payment must be made. The price corresponding to the reserved offering is taken from the bank card. DRIVER BC accepts the following payment cards: Mastercard and Visa. The payment will be shown on the card statement under the name of DRIVER BC.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

The client’s order will not be definitively confirmed until the receipt of the order confirmation that will be sent to them in order to confirm the order at the e-mail address provided by the client. The client is obliged to consult their e-mail and check their SPAM box. The client must imperatively print their order confirmation and present it to the driver during the execution of the offering. In order to avoid all fraudulent use, an identification document could be requested during the period when the client is greeted.

MODIFICATION OF A RESERVATION

The client can request a modification to their reservation, (with the exception of the offerings that are indicated as being “non-modifiable, non-voidable"). Until the D-21, (where D is the date of the offering that has been reserved), no fees will generally be requested, (with the exception of bank processing fees and exchange costs). After D-21, DRIVER BC will apply penalty fees. All date or content modifications cannot be guaranteed and will be performed subject to availability. All requests for modification should be addressed to contact@driverbc.com, (stating the reference of the reservation).

CANCELATION OF A RESERVATION

All requests for cancelation or modification should be received by DRIVER BC by e-mail to contact@driverbc.com (stating the reference of the reservation, the name of the referent client, and the date).

RESPONSABILITES

The schedules, programmes and durations of tours / transfers are susceptible to modifications: the price includes all of the offerings indicated in the description of each service. DRIVER BC cannot be held responsible for the restitution of personal effects and bags forgotten and left in cars, minibuses, or any other place. It is the responsibility of the User to check that they are in possession of their travel confirmation. No refund will be made in the case of default, (or loss), of this. It is strictly forbidden to smoke aboard a minibus, (law of 17 September 1977), and to eat and drink, (law 17 September 1997).

COMPUTING AND FREEDOM

The information communicated by the User on the website allow the processing and execution of orders. Most browsers automatically accept our cookies, but you can delete them or activate the rejection of cookies.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

DRIVER BC is the owner of the rights relating to the intellectual property for all of the elements that appear on the website. It is forbidden to proceed in the resale of products or to use the website for commercial ends without the express written permission of DRIVER BC.

APPLICABLE LAW

The General Conditions are subject to French law.
